This runs sort of in between the 3-1/2 to 4 size. Stone is about 7 mm in length and 5 mm in width. When I wore this, I would wear it in the outer joint of my finger more toward my finger nails. I liked the look of having my main ring on and then another ring further on down the finger. A buff up polish at the jewelers will make it look like new again. Its hard to get rings that are smaller in size like this one. Cute for the little princess to wear also if your little girl loves Blingy Things too like I do.
