All items that are mailed: Returns must be made within 14 days and with return authorization from us. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. Shipping is not refunded and buyer pays return shipping unless the item description was significantly in error.

Buyer picks up item: Item should be examined at the time of pick-up and any questions or extentions of time to inspect item should be requested at that time (Pick-up time).
