1925 Los Angeles Shriner Convention Souvenir packet - posted, pretty clear postmark
There are photos of parades from different parts of the country. These are on an accordion pleat and tucked inside (attached) to the outer folder.
Used, good condition, but there are two hole pokes on the camel's blanket.
