Reading materials are not returnable unless extenuation circumstances are at hand. Please contact me for help. All other items must be returned in the same condition as received to qualify for a item cost refund. No initial shipping costs are refunded unless extenuating circumstances apply. If an item is delivered to an incorrect addres that was provided from the Customer info, then a 20% restocking fee is incurred before I can reship the item to the correct mailing address.
