Dosage and administration Solpadein fast soluble tablets should be dissolved in at least 100 ml (half a glass) of water before ingestion. Adults (including the elderly) and children over 12 years of age are prescribed 1-2 tab. 3-4 times/day, if necessary. The interval between doses is at least 4 hours. the Maximum single dose is 2 tab., the maximum daily dose is 8 tab.
