At Knilot, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Product Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only for damaged products that were received in a defective condition.
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at [email protected] or message on Chat with photos and details of the damage.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when the customer chooses to return the product instead of opting for an exchange.
The customer must ship the parcel back to the following address:
