In between the Bows are little dots of Glitter. Beneath the bustline are Gold (Plastic) Beads that are 2.25" long. They swing back forth when you dance! The rest of the dress is all Black Velvet its Halter Style. The bust area can accommadate a large bust, like a DD fairly easily. The waist is 15" across measured flat with no stretch to it. It is knee- length. There is a long zipper in the back. The part of the halter around the back of the neck has been sewed together. I imagine if your 5' 2" (like me) a DD Chest it should fit around your neck fine. I imagine if you needed it adjusted you could always take it to a laundromat/tailor have them shorten/lengthen it for a few $$. This dress was originally mine but it no longer fits me. I used this Dress as part of a Cleopatra Halloween Costume wore it with a Cleopatra Crown.
