Materials and Processing: The mask was made from high quality PLA filament, with a fully custom, precision 3D printer. After printing the relic went through a careful sanding and primer painting process before it got its main colors. We used my classic weathering techniques to create the bone white and weathered look. At the end, we added our own fine and unique details to got this mask alive and made it as real and authentic as possible. The mask itself is a 1:1, true to size replica of the original one.
