This sale is for an autographed hardback book with an unclipped dust jacket entitled "The South Park Story 1891-1971 and the Founding of Lamar University 1923-1941" by Ray Asbury with a 1972 copyright date. It has 246 pages and the dust jacket has some wear and tear around the edges. The book is the story of a now defunct school district in Baumont, Texas as well as the establishment of the college in that city. It includes black and white photographs throughout. It has no writing in it other than the autograph by the author and a previous owner's name and address on the inside front cover. No torn or missing pages. See photographs for condition issues.
