The printing of this copy was after 1902 (since Lothrop combined with Lee Shepard in 1903); it probably dates from the 'teens or early '20s. There are 45 black white illustrations throughout the 437 unmarked, lightly-toned pages. Modest cover and spine wear, mainly, as usual, on corners and spine ends. Secure binding, but no dust jacket.
