I created these chains with closed-loop links and cages containing real pearls for a touch of subtle elegance and sophistication. The necklace wound of gold-filled wire includes a set of matching earrings. Please note that the pearl cages are detachable and can be re-attached to the alternate copper necklace and vice versa. The copper is not coated, so will acquire a natural patina. If you wish, you can clean the copper in a simple solution of white vinegar with a sprinkle of salt. Be careful to remove the caged pearl first, however, as that solution will definitely damage the pearl, which is a natural and somewhat delicate gem.
