It is HEAVY. Used condition. One of many from a collector's estate. Roof in back has 3 chips along edge; both chimneys have small chips. Please see pictures. I do not clean any of these items. They are estate items, loved by a collector. Some of them show wear, some may be a little dusty, and some may have some sticker residue and/or other mark on the underside.
