Item description

DEAD OF THE NIGHT by John Rhode Popular Library (1946) First Paperback Printing Condition: VG+ John Rhode was a prominent name during the classic age of British mystery fiction. This fairly early (#99) Popular Library edition reprints his 1942 murder mystery, with striking cover art by Im-Ho. Small chips on the spine ends verging onto the front cover, modest corner wear and cover/page corner curling, slight edge wear, lamination barely beginning to peel at the edges; o/w a square, tightly bound, unmarked copy, much better preserved than most PopLibs of this vintage.
