Recipe for the Best Brownies We've Ever Had! Grace's sign language teacher, Rebecca, gave us these recipes. Rebecca's Peanut Butter Brownies for an 8 x 8 pan 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/3 cup canola oil 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In one bowl combine sugar, eggs, oil peanut butter. Beat until well mixed. In another bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder. Mix. Add flour mixture into brownie mixture and fold in until just mixed - DO NOT OVER MIX! Pour into ungreased pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Add flour mixture into brownie mixture and fold in until just mixed - DO NOT OVER MIX! Pour into ungreased pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. For a 9 x 13 pan, just double the recipe Grace's Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirled Brownies Make one Peanut Butter Brownie recipe for 8 x 8 pan; Make one Chocolate Brownie Recipe for 8 x 8 pan. Drop large spoon fulls of each here there - intermixing - in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Using a knife, swirl the two together by pulling knife through back forth. You will get really good at making some pretty patterns. Bake as above. These are delicious and never last long around here. Grace has made these for a lot of different folks - EVERYONE loves them asks for more! Tonia's Chocolate Brownies with Heath Bar Chips Make a double Chocolate Brownie mixture. Add one bag Heath Bar chips. Mix in well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake as above. Grace's Peanut Butter Brownies with Chocolate Chips Make a double Peanut Butter Brownie mixture. Add one bag of your favorite chocolate chips. Mix in well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake as above. Payments: Serious buyers only please.
