Our Transfer Cases are completely rebuilt. - Each unit is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and inspected - New bearings, rubber, and seals are installed - New heavy duty case saver is installed which eliminates potential for oil leaks inrear case caused by OEM design flaw - High wear parts are replaced as needed - Fixes and upgrades are applied to meet or exceed OEM standards Rebuilt NP 241's carry a one year unlimited mile warranty. If defective, a replacement Transfer Case will be provided at no cost. Transfer Case King will absorb cost for return shipping. Core must be returned within 30 days. Return shipping label is provided for this purpose. Warranty is void if core is not returned. In all cases Transfer Cases must be properly installed. It is especially important to align the unit, use correct oil, and fill oil to correct level. Customer must be sure all four tires are the same size and from the same manufacturer. If a Transfer Case is incorrectly ordered (i.e. customer provided incorrect model or selected wrong transmission) product can be returned subject to a 20% restocking fee. In this case. customer is responsible for return shipping.
