This is a Raphael TMNT figure. He has a sewer on his back. He is sold for parts only. He is not working but I am not sure what he did. It is marked 1991 Playmates. The screws are rusty I have not taken him apart. He is 4.5 inches high. It is from a smoke free home. It will be shipped with care from my home to yours.
