Precious Moments, "Clown" Samuel J. Butcher, 1984 This lovely vintage Precious Moments figurine, "Clown" was designed in 1984 by Samuel J. Butcher and licensed by Enesco Imports Corporation. It features a tiny girl wearing a clown outfit and holding a balloon in her right hand. The balloon has a real string (wire) stretching from her hand to the balloon. Good condition, repaired, with lovely subtle coloring. The bottom of the figurine shows a product number of 12238/8. Made in Indonesia. The figurine stands less than 4" tall, is 3" wide and weighs less than 3 ounces. A great piece to display or give as a gift. Precious Moments figurines like this one are no longer being produced and will only go up in value as they become harder to find!
