Here is another wonderful pre-ban era necklace. This necklace appears to be more of a souvenir type you would purchase in tourist areas to me. The chain is silver tone or plated serpentine with a simple spring ring clasp. The genuine elephant ivory is carved into horn shapes to each side with a round focal bead in the center. In the close up photos the striation lines are evident. t measures 17 inches long overall. The horn shaped beads are about 2-1/4 inches long each and the round bead is about 13.4mm. In remarkable condition with just a bit of yellowing from age. The metal on the chain and findings shine brightly. Looks fabulous at the neckline. Has a great looking ethnic look to it.  Please note that this item cannot be shipped outside of the USA due to customs regulations.
