The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new product and the return shipping cost of the original product. In addition, if a customer decides they do not need the product within 7 days of receiving it, they can apply for a return. The customer needs to return the product to us, and the returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we confirm receipt of the returned product, we will refund the payment to the customer within 7 working days.
