THIS ITEM IS UNUSUAL THE PREVIOUS OWNER FOUND A NEED TO REDECORATE THE LID. ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LID IS STAMP, LANCASTER ROSE, EPCA, SILVER PLATE, BY POOLE, #413. THE LID IS DECORATED BY WHAT SEEMS TO BE A SHEET PAPER WITH DECOR OF BLUE AND WHITE PEARLS ( I DON'T BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE REAL). THERE IS 2 BUTTONS THAT ARE OF SILVER COLOR WITH A HALLMARK. THE DISH HAS A SMALL SPOT WHICH I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL COME OUT WITH CLEANING. THIS BUTTER DISH IS 8 1/4 INCHES LONG AND 5 INCHES ACROSS. DECORATIONS TO BE TAKEN OFF AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
