While this is previously owned, it's in good condition. It does have a noticable flaw, however: there is what looks like a burn mark on the front (which can be seen in the photo). This is one of the original toys to be released for the "Pokemon" series when it first came out in America! It is an electronic toy: flip the switch on the box inside to turn it on, then push Pikachu's arms. His cheeks will light up, his ears and mouth move, and he talks! According to the tag, this is an "I Choose You Pikachu" toy. This is no longer in production!
