THE OUTSIDE CONTAINER IS 24" TALL, 31" WIDE AND 2" DEEP AND WEIGHS 11 POUNDS, AND HAS NEVER BEEN ASSEMBLED, however, I did have to open one end to see what was inside because it did not say on the outside..
