In a goldtone metal, this is a FAUX PEARL BERRIES AND LEAVES PIN!
It has two leaves, each one having three 'petals' to it. A group of four faux pearl beads of different sizes appears at the bottom for the berries.
The pin has a nice solid heft to it!
