Please return the item within 30 days of the receiving date refund as condition below. Please keep in mind that all of our products are 100% made by hand and natural stones that are unique and not perfect like made from machine and each one not exactly same color on the photo.

EXCHANGED NEED NOTIFY WITHIN 3 DAYS

If you have received the items which are damaged or faulty from our mistake, please notify us immediately or within 3 days of receiving the goods. Damaged goods will be exchanged immediately if they are available on hand. We will make the new ones as soon as possible to reship again if they are gone. Remark they are original handmade goods that can be made similar only. We will give you full refund if we can’t find the items to replace.

We try to be fair and with all my descriptions. Please read each them carefully. Returned items must be returned in the same condition as when we sent them out. They must be returned in their original condition or similar packing. They must be shipped priority mail with tracking number. You will be refunded after we got them in perfect condition.
