Item description

organic sumatran coffee beans - SUMATRA WHOLE BEAN ORGANIC COFFEE, Dark Roast, Fair Trade, 100% Arabica - 100 arabica coffee from sumatra, by SWAN LIFE ESSENTIALS - (24 Ounce 2 Bags) WHAT IS SUMATRAN COFFEE? Sumatra is an island in Southeast Asia that is ideally suited for growing Arabica coffee. Some of the worlds finest premium gourmet coffees are grown in Sumatra and called Mandheling, Ankola, and Lintong, these unique coffees are distinguished by their heavy body, earthy flavor profile and low acidity. Coffees in Sumatra are traditionally processed using a method called Giling Basah, or wet-hulling, which results in a coffee that leaves the farm with a much higher moisture content than other methods used more popularly worldwide.
