Item description

~ Asterope Markii Davisii ~ Peru THIS BUTTERFLY IS UNMOUNTED DRIED AND PAPERED WITH THE WINGS CLOSED. IT WILL NEED TO BE HYDRATED. - Wingspan is 2" approximate. -Due to the delicate nature of butterfly and moths I am unable to accept returns, but please contact us with any comments or concerns. - Please note that there may be differences in color due to lighting, cameras, angles and screen brightness. All insects are hand raised or from sustainable sources such as butterfly farms and aviaries. People in third world countries are able to plant mass crops which are more sustainable and profitable than the natural land. They are given motivation to maintain insect populations and their habitats. Your purchase helps fight extinction and the destruction of habitats worldwide. We do not stock or encourage the collection of endangered/threatened species.
