Repairs include such problems as broken foot pedal and earphone jacks, motors, gears, broken and worn belts, head alignment, lubrication and cleaning, for a flat rate of $65 plus shipping. This covers 99.9% of repairs on this model. Repairs including problems such as a defective pc board could run higher. If such a repair is needed, we will contact you with any additional charges. If you decline to have it repaired at that point, your money will be refunded less the return shipping charge. We will contact you when the repair is completed and ready to be returned. Repair time is 1-3 business days in most cases. We will return your unit by Priority Mail or UPS which is 1-3 business days, nationwide. If you are not having a problem with the power adapter, foot pedal or other accessory, there is no need to send it, but we cannot warranty what we don't get. Headsets are not a servicable item so if they are defective, you will need to purchase a new set. You can be assured your unit will be fully functional and ready to use. It will be fully tested, serviced and cleaned by a trained technician, specializing in dictation and transcription equipment. This item includes a 90 day repair warranty on our work.
