Old Fashioned Die Cast Metal Wicker Rocking Chair Pencil Sharpener. It measures approximately 2 1/2" x 2" x 1 1/2". It still has original sticker on the back- Made in Hong Kong. It is an antiqued brass color and is made to look vintage. Super cute to add to a miniature collection, doll house, or for collectors of pencil sharpeners. It rocks back and forth seamlessly. Condition is preowned with no chips or cracks- looks as if never used. I think it was displayed only. The legs look slightly crooked but I'm guessing that is from pouring of the die cast metal but it still rocks and sits straight.
