FITS: 2011-2016 Sienna....but the plug is made for 2013-2016 models, some 15-16 models came with one piece glass or dual spotter glass but it fits either way If you have 2011-2012, you just have to splice the plug. This is a 5 wire plug, models with memory, blind spot, signal, have a different plug and wire count. Power mirror, it is heated, no memory, no signal, no puddle light - the plug differs if you do not have heat but you can splice the plug.
