It is made to resemble melting ice, and is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, although there are a few light scuffs on it, and it is a bit dusty and will need to be washed. I am unsure of the age of the piece. It would be great for either a votive or tea light candle. It is 2.5” to 2.75” tall, about 4” in diameter, and the opening in the center for the candle is about 2” in diameter. This is a lovely lead crystal candle holder, and would be beautiful when lit.
