Same as pictured. Former church copy. Cover shows heavy wear and creasing, but is intact. Title page is speckled with what appears to be rust-spot stains and a few red pen scribbles. A handful of pages also have red pen scribbles that don't interfere with music. Some pages have corners turned down. Otherwise, pages in fairly good shape. Music is all very legible. Binding tight.
