This is a New, never worn skirt and it is in very good condition. It is hand made in what I would consider to be size Small. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Black and has Green Neon Ribbons around the bottom. It measures as follows lying flat and doubled. No rips or stains. Please email me if you need anything else.
