This is a New, never worn skirt and it is in very good condition. It is hand made in what I would consider to be size Little Girl Small. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Turquoise and has (1) 5/8" Black Ribbon (1) 5/8" Yellow Ribbon around the bottom. It measures as follows, lying flat and doubled. No rips or stains.
