This was made by a Local Absentee Shawnee Tribal Member, Lori Melton. It can be worn with ribbon hanging down the back or forward with ribbon tied at the neck. This is a New and unused item, in excellent condition. The Headband is Black the Beaded Pin is Blue, Green, Turquoise, Purple Gold. The beaded pin is completely removable or can be moved to another position if desired.
