LIMITED WARRANTY: (from the purchase date): One-year replacement warranty on all auto parts. Products supplied are warranted to be free from material and manufactured defects. Damage caused by abuse or alteration is not covered by warranty. Liability is limited only to the replacement or repair of the purchased part. No claim for shipping, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, consequential, incidental damage, or any cost of purchase will be accepted. No liability will be accepted for misuse or negligence causing damage, defect, injury, or loss. SHIPPING COSTS: Please use the "Ask A Question" tab on the auction for shipping quotes. KANSAS STATE RESIDENTS MUST add % sales tax APPROPRIATE DESTINATION BASED SALES TAX RATE. SHIPPING DAMAGE: Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you find an item arrived damaged, please keep the boxes and all packing materials and contact us, within 6 business days of receipt. We will file all shipping claims for our customers and send replacement parts out within 6 business days. RETURNS: Any return must have prior company authorization and any part claimed to be defective sent prepaid freight for inspection along with a copy of purchasing invoice and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns or refunds on special order items. INCORRECT PURCHASES: All of our listings clearly state exactly what year, make, model, and options that the part fits. If you should purchase an item for a vehicle not listed or a vehicle where the options differ from those listed, and it does not fit, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The item must be returned in an unused condition and include the undamaged original item box inside the original shipping box. Used or installed items can only be exchanged for the same part. Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
