Has an endentation and scrunge in the plastic cover on the lower left with a small piece of glass tape repairing the paper artwork on the inside that had a small punch through at this spot. Viewable on any TV, I already had a pair of glasses and found the 3-D version looked best in game mode (brightest setting) on my Vizio in a dark room.
