ITEM DESCRIPTION:: -----dated carnival glass souvenir.... This was made for the American Carnival Glass Club (one of the oldest such clubs) to commemorate their annual convention....... No chips or cracks on this pretty item, but there are some splits in the glass along the top rim (occurred in the making)........ mug was pressed from molds based on an old Dugan pattern, which was modified to include the motto "In God We Trust".... mug is about 3.75" - 4" high, 2.25" across the base, and with a 2.625" top opening.... --1981........Nice VASELINE carnival glass....
