Item description
Mexican Flame/ Mexican Hats Climbing Vine, Monarch super pollinator and attracts all bees and night moths too. You literally can sit all day and watch the vine attract all kinds of Bees and Butterflies. USDA Zones 9B-11. You receive one 6" plant with offer that has roots. We are a Certified organic grower and your plant will be shipped bare root as we do not ship dirt which can carry parasite, virus's and fungus. Cooler USDA Zones need to cut plant back and must mulch and cover the roots in Fall before frost. This vine grows rapidly and in warm climate areas can become invasive and hard to manage. We recommend growing in a 12" pot or you arbor it or have it grow around a tree as we did. It needs "Dead Heading" which is cutting off dead flowers after they dry up. It will then begin another round of very fragrant bright orange blooms which last 4-6 weeks.
