We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied and would like to return the item or items to us we will be happy to issue a refund, providing the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with all the original packaging and labels intact.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to let us know of your intention to return the item. We are unable to accept returns after the 30 day period has passed
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 48 hours of receiving your returned item(s).
Refunds are issued via the same method originally used to pay for the item.
Buyer has to pay return postage if change mind if any fault then we pay return postage.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ask for a “Proof of postage” as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
International returns please note: If you are returning a product from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly stating the package contains “Returned Goods”.
when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
