This hat is intended to be worn over the top of head and around nape of neck, just like Link wears his. The overall length is about 25" long, but when on the head will only come down your back about 15" from nape of neck. The band is folded over for a nice "cuff" around your head. There is a small strip of elastic at the nape of the neck for just a little stretch. This hat is intended to fit loose. If it is too tight, it will not look right.
