Returns or replacement are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must in new & unused condition. In original packaging and have delivery confirmation to verify.
Cosmetics can only be returned in new,unused condition in original packaging. If cosmetics has been used or tested, no refund will be given even if you return it. Due to sanitary reason, all cosmetics returns will be thrown away.
A restocking fee may apply.
