After testing this unit will be wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton. It will ship with a power cord. PARTIAL SUPPLIES INCLUDED. We do not have the owner?s manual nor the drivers on CD. Drivers can be downloaded from the HP website. These MFP units are heavy and must ship on a pallet.
