This extra large sized stoneware crock measures: 6-1/2" Tall x 9-1/2" Wide with a mouth opening of 5-1/2" inches wide. It has a single handle and does not come with its original lid. The color is a deep dark coffee brown and is highly glazed showing a brown drip glaze around the mouth opening and handle. The manufacturers mark on the bottom of this crock is imprinted with the Pfaltzgraff – USA – #80 Hallmark. As with all handcrafted vintage stoneware, there are bumps, glaze pops and dips within the jar from the manufacturing process, but does not detract from the primitive look or genuine function of this piece. This holds approximately (3-1/2 to 4) quarts. Condition: Excellent. Heavy item, therefore shipping charges are posted accordingly. Sorry, but can't do any better on this issue.
