Item description

Antique Real Photo Postcard. Identified as an aerial view of Ketchikan, Alaska including a Boat Parade. Card #S-439. Divided back, EKC stampbox, unused. Condition: This is an original photo postcard, not a copy or reproduction. It is in excellent condition. Comments: Otto C. Schallerer was an early Alaskan photographer who opened his own shop, Schallerer's Photo in, in Ketchikan, Alaska, 1924. He died in 1986 and the shop kept on with new owners until 2007.
