The origin of Marx?s attitude toward Jews and money is traced to his early life experiences. While Marx?s 1st paper attacked the Jews, his target later changed from the Jew to the capitalist. It is noted that Marx never disavowed his early paper on the Jewish question, but never again did he use anti-Semitism as a basic element in his attack on the rich.
