Returns Information:-
The following section contains the information on what to do if your items are delayed or go missing in transit, are not as described in terms of description and quantity or have received minor or severe damage.
Delayed Items:-
If your item has not arrived within the projected time, (see Projected Shipping Times under shipping policy) then please contact us and we will contact the supplier. An investigation is launched to try and trace the whereabouts of the item using tracking information provided by the supplier where applicable. In most cases the item is delayed due to national holidays or strict customs procedures but on the rare occasions the item does goes missing, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Items not as Described:-
If the products the buyer has received differ from the item ordered in colour, size, brand, style, models, etc the buyer needs to do the following:-
Contact us within 2 days of receiving the wrong item so we can report this to the supplier.
Take and send to us detailed pictures of the item / items for us to pass to the supplier.
In most cases this can be resolved without having to return the items to the supplier but if return of the product is required, the return postage costs are paid for by the buyer. A tracked postage method is strongly recommended in these instances.
Items Quantity not as Described:-
If the quantity of the products that buyer has received is less than the quantity ordered, then buyer needs to do the following:-
Contact us within 2 days of receiving the wrong quantity of items so we can report this to the supplier.
Take and send to us the pictures of the receipt document which states the quantity and weight of the items received so we can provide this to the supplier.
In most cases this can be resolved without having to return the items to the supplier but if return of the product is required, the return postage costs are paid for by the buyer. A tracked postage method is required in these instances

Damaged Items:-
The buyer is responsible for checking the item when it is delivered before accepting the parcel. If the parcel arrives damaged and subsequently the item / items are damaged, the buyer needs to do the following:-
Contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged item so we can report this to the supplier.
Obtain from the Logistics / Delivery Company (if possible) written confirmation or a certificate stating that the parcel was damaged before receipt by the buyer. Once received, send a copy to us so we can supply this to the supplier.
Take and send to us detailed pictures of the damaged item / items for us to pass to the supplier.
If the damage is minor, a partial refund maybe offered without the need to return the item to the supplier. If the damage is severe, again a full or partial refund maybe offered with having to return the item to the supplier. If however return of the product is required, the return postage costs are paid for by the buyer. A tracked postage method is required in these instances.
