We try our best to avoid returns, so feel free to contact us if you need a replacement part or anything of that nature and we will gladly ship it to you. We go through great lengths to make sure that your piece arrives in pristine condition, so we don’t think that should be an issue. We also are in steady communication during the design process to make sure you like what we are doing and that the fixture exceeds your expectations every step of the way. You also have a 30 day period to exchange the piece.
