There is a pink mother of pearl shell on the bottom has a pair of lead free small little feet charm. So cute. The image is printed on quality photo paper. I attach the image to the bottle cap using a high quality glue. All of my bottle cap images are secured using permanent adhesive and sealed with an epoxy dome cap that won't fade or turn yellow. The bottle caps are water resistant, not water proof so remember not to submerge.
