Preowned items, whether vintage or newer, may fit differently than sized due to alterations, or fabric shrinkage. All measurements are taken with clothing flat. I did note it appears the middle button has been resewn. The jacket is tagged as a size 40, but I think it seems to measure smaller. Please refer to the measurements for proper sizing. Due to differences in design, manufacturing, and possible alterations, fits may differ slightly from one piece to another despite the tagged size. This is especially true of vintage items.
