For 4 Months Old Babies HiPP milk and semolina paps contain valuable cereals in combination with milk and fine fruit flakes. All porridge contains vitamin B1, which is important for carbohydrate and energy metabolism as well as for the nervous system. The addition of sugar is of course avoided. The Hipp organic grain porridge 100% rice after the 4th month is an unsweetened organic grain porridge made from 100% organic rice flour (gluten-free). It satisfies your child on the basis of natural ingredients. It contains vitamin B1. The porridge contains no added sugar. Preparation recipes: It is important for your baby's health that you follow the preparation and dosage instructions. Always spoon-feed the porridge and prepare it fresh for each meal. Saliva contact can liquefy the porridge. Please do not heat the porridge in the microwave (danger of scalding!). Preparation with baby food: Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool down to approx. 50C. Prepare approx. 200 ml milk food (e.g. HiPP 2 COMBIOTIK). Put 3-4 tablespoons (20 g) HiPP rice porridge on a plate. Add the prepared milk food to the porridge powder and stir. Allow swelling until the desired consistency is achieved. Check temperature, e.g. with the HiPP thermometer. Preparation as half milk porridge: Put 100 ml whole milk 100 ml water into a pot and bring to a boil. Allow cooling to approx. 50C (4). Put 3-4 tablespoons (20 g) HiPP rice porridge into a plate. Add the cooled-down liquid and stir. Let it swell until the desired consistency is reached. Check temperature. Preparation as porridge with HA food: When using HiPP HA food, preparation as HA porridge is possible. Preparation as a milk-free cereal-fruit porridge: Boil 100 ml of water, let it cool down to approx. 50C. Put 2-3 tablespoons (12 g) HiPP rice porridge into a plate. Add the cooled water and stir. Add the desired portion (approx. 100 g) of HiPP fruit (e.g. Williams Christ pear) or optionally HiPP vegetables (e.g. pumpkin) and stir in one teaspoon of HiPP organic rapeseed oil. Allow swelling until the desired consistency is achieved. Check temperature. Note: The addition of water is necessary to reduce the protein content of cow's milk in a way suitable for children.
